Vacation Part II: Picture Overload

Child Husband and Aysha Brat on the Poudre River

Mercede doing her "Twentyone" hand thing, to remind us that she will be drinking this beer when she turns 21.

Don't worry, it wasn't Mercede's Beer but my sister Kristi's.

My Child Husband messed up alot of my pictures because he set the lens to manual mode and didn't tell me. He told me I should of read the directions, ummmmm like that would help! Geeze. so I got alot of pictures like this. Which would of been a good picture if not for a blur. The second house is the one we stayed in. The boy is my nephew Cole.

My sister says that I never post good pictures of her. Here you go Kristi.

Now a I think a really good picture of Kristi is one that we can drool over her husband in it. she thought I was just taking a picture of her ;)

I always tell Aysha I'm going to find her a new Daddy, one that will take her more places. So here is her new Daddy, Krisit's husband!! lol (Course Kristi, thinks she should be her new mommy too)

Aysha's says "This is why I'm getting a new daddy!" "Wake up Daddy, we are in the mountains, lets go for a walk, we can't spend all day playing your PS3 on the Big screen. Even though I know you really want a big TV now and am begging mom to put one in our 5x5 front room"

Aysha "Course maybe I will take Kristi as my new mom, cause my mom is weird, sittin up on that bar with the coffee drink. My daddy also takes really bad pictures doesn't he?"

Grandpa Orval says "I had that 9 foot trout right up to the rock, before he slipped away"

But my mom loves her story telling man anyway!! lol

"Look Mommie, daddy took a picture and got everyone in it, wow. Maybe I'll keep him as my daddy."

Why do my girls have to do be weird posers for pictures?

Well that is all for now folks, I've still got a few more vacation post. I will leave you with these last pictures of Cheyenne's triumph to get to the ROCK!

You call that a good photo? lol You didn't even photoshop me to look better. HA!

After reading previous post: did you know we could not find a hotel in Lincoln or the next 2 towns on our 4th town, Rock Port, we stayed at a total dive and I TOOK PHOTOS!

I tried to convince Aysha I would be the better mommy but she never seemed convinced.

I like the photo of Cole and dad. Can you send me that one?

I need to post more but I have to photoshop me pretty in them first. lol

Kristi, unlike you, I like my pictures to look REAL! I dont't photoshop, nor do I have photoshop to fake them up!!LMAO

I heard that. You should of tried the Days Inn!! lol I think people die there, so they should always have rooms.

In 10 years you will be asking me to make you look as young as your child husband!!! HA!

Would you like me to add some more facial hair onto his photos?

And I KNOW if you had photoshop and had time to mess with it, we would be seeing some very interesting things done with your photos or "in" your photos for that matter.

See the sun and shadows on my face? Added a good 5 years to my appearance . . . just a little photo tip. ;)

What, you mean you don't really look that old and wrinkled!! blah ha ha

Oh and I will admit, if I had more time, I would be photoshopping away, an dyou would look 20 years older in each photo. Cause that is the way I roll!! lol

Oh man, I need to get back to work. This week sucks! Do you want to babysit this weekend??

Kristi, if you stop by Molly's blog, your'll see that she drinks ALOT of martini's, so her version of "lovely" is different from ours. Plus she is English, and you know how odd them English people are!! lol

E, as usual you speak in "E Tongue" and I'm trying to figure out what "huge set" I have?? And what is a "cooley cup", or do I even want to know.

I would pout and pretend that I was 'not amused' but I do drink, and I am English, and we are odd. So what can I say?!

WheresMyAngels said...

Glad you realize that Molly, I didn't want to burst your bubble! hee hee

Ugh, now I need to go back and read your contest rules so I can lie a bunch about how much I love martini's. I actually have a true story about my first martini that I need to incorporate in a blog. It is what left a bad taste in my mouth more than once.

Oh I am so jealous that you spent time on the Poudre! We used to live in Ft. Collins, and one of our favorite day trips was to Red Feather Lakes. WAAAAH! Your pics are awesome and I love that you have some from your time there a FEW years ago too! Sorry you had to come back to the real world.

ROFLMAO!!!!! You and sis are very amusing together! Now of course I have to drift over to her blog to see all the Photoshopped pictures!

It really looks like you all had a great time! I mean, once you got past all the blood...

Looks like you had a great vacation. The area looks beautiful! We don't have anything like that in Florida. If we do, I haven't found it in 30 years....

WheresMyAngels said...

Hey Lori, make sure you click on the link in my post, cause Kristi doesn't have a Blogger Blog, no she PAYS Typepad to blog. Maybe Blogger wouldn't let her put all them fake pictures on her site (Gawd, I love my sister).

Oh Sinner, my husband wants to move to Florida, Texas or Colorado. But I don't want the Hurricane's associated with the first two. Not sure I want the winter of the third one.

I loved all the pics! Looks like this was a family vacation to remember...I lived in Colorado for five years and avoided all local delicacies...

These are great. I especially like the one of Grandpa telling his tale. I did that manual thing once myself; drove me crazy trying to figure out what I had done!
