Mercede, Mercede, Mercede (said to the tune of Marsha, Marsha, Marsha)

Why do you feel the need to put on your coat and back pack over your pajama's, while watching TV?

Photobucket

And why do you insist on wearing shoes that are over three years old?

Photobucket

Aysha, why won't you wear clothes in the house? And why are you laying under the cushion of that NASTY, UGLY sofa, your father picked up off the curb of a neighbors home ?

Photobucket

Child husband, please do the dishes! I decided I will not do them. I did fill the water for you (added half beach since I know your allergic to it). I'm going to add more bleach everyday til you do them!

Your so funny!

Same thing here about no clothes. The first thing Sam does when she gets home from school is taking everything but undies off.

Don't the shoes hurt Mercede's feet? Silly girl!

That's too funny about Aysha not wearing any clothes. At least she does it in the house! Um there may be pictures of a certain someone running around her backyard naked at 3 yrs old, but we don't need to go there.

You would think that when the dishes start to pile up in the sink someone would get the message. Funny how that never seems to be the case.

Mercede's feet haven't grown in the last three years so that is why they don't hurt.

LOL, well, Meghan does the shoe thing too, plus she puts them on on the wrong foot!

Love your post, and it reminds me, I need bleach!

Sounds like my Parker, except he's naked with a backpack on.

Hahaha! So funny!!! The girl I nanny for was obsessed w/ her winter boots well into summer. We tried shoes after shoes after shoes to coax her out of them. Finally it was a Dora pair of sandals that did the trick!

Allergic to bleach?

Hahahah. You go girl. The girls must take after their father. Ever notice how men can sit on or around things and not even notice that they're there.

My daughter liked to be naked all the time when she was younger and never wanted to wear underwear.

Too funny. But those girls are just precious. As far as the dishes I feel ya sister.

I'm guessing she likes them a whole lot and isn't boggled down by the world's fashion rules!

The naked under the couch cushion thing...well...um...I don't know. LOL

My heart goes out to you working all those hours!

The last 3 years of my life are the first time in a very, very long time that I'm not working 2 jobs. I don't miss it. (okay, sometimes I do but that's only when people are driving me up a wall at home, lol)

Psssst.... Aysha is engaging in a form of peaceful protest: She will not put clothes on or get out from under that couch cushion until *I* have the GEORGE CLOONEY picture!

Oh yeah! You know what you need to do - give up your quest for MY picture, and then all will be right with the world. CH might even wash the dishes! Really - try it and see!

:D

Too funny! My son's newest drag around is his nap mat from school. He's cuddling and carrying it like a stuffed animal!

LOL one naked kid, one dressed up for winter. You have an interesting house lol. And I'm still laughing about your "Heather" comments. I sure hope she doesn't know where you live!

I love the picture in your header, very cute! Looks like your girls keep you on your toes, LOL! I cracked up over the picture of the little one naked under the couch cushion! :)

Too funny!

The pic of Aysha reminds me of Jay. I still can't get him to wear clothes when we're at home. As soon as we walk through the door he has stripped before I even know it!

At least he is keeping his clothes on at other peoples homes now...LOL!

HEy! I wear my coat over my pajamas too---and I'd wear a backpack if I had one. Comfy...and warm :)!

The stories of your everyday life are just the best! (well--the Richard Simmons one is still my fave--but these are close!)

Is it wrong to think this is hilarious? Most the half bleach part?

Now that you've told us your husband doesn't do the dishes, I'm gonna have to pass. That would make TWO husbands too many that don't do dishes for me. :)

Hoping your work slows down. 101 hours is insane!

Mercedes cracks me up!
I have a 17 year old boy on my school bus that has downs....he has worn the same shirt...holes and all....for the past year...Mom would buy him new shirts and he would throw them in the trash. He cracks me up!

Aysha (love the name by the way) haha too cute! My nephew went through that phase.

Bleach! hahaha Good for you!

LOL! I don't know why kids do some of the things they do--but I could definitely come up w/ my own list!

Your girls are adorable--thanks for stopping by my blog today!!

My Katie loves to be naked as much as possible. She also like to wear her backpack while naked, so she must be channeling both girls with that one.

Tinabean said...

Why ask questions that we will never have answers to?
Why do kids do anything that they do?
But we do love them & our lives would never be the same without them.

Maybe he's allergic to dishes, not bleach. That's a shame after all those hours you had to work. Men!

And thanks for your comment on my blog that I was brave (instead of crazy)!

LOL too funny. My Chanelle was Miss naked for 5 years. She finally outgrew it. I guess she handed down her crown :)

Why oh why can'tchildren find a healthy balance between clothing--they're always donning too much or too little! And I don't understand either why my kids aren't as grossed out about my couch as I am.

So I've been stalking your blog this morning. What a beautiful family you have! We have a lot of the same blog friends, too, I noticed. It's great to 'meet' you!
